This is executive 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathroom home with Private Pool and spa. It could sleep up to 17 if you have small children and using the sofa and trundle beds as well. See at the end of description the sleeping situation. This 3400 sq ft home is situated in a popular and peaceful sub division of The Retreat  in Legacy Park, located on Hwy 27 within minutes of Disney and all the major attractions. Private screened spacious deck area with a 30 ft pool and jacuzzi. The home has excellent furnishings with lot of space for everybody to enjoy.
 
The ground floor has a family room with 2 leather sectionals and a 4K 65 Samsung Smart, curved Tv. Also at ground level a King master bedroom with a private bathroom and a 40 Samsung Smart Tv.
 
The modern Kitchen area has luxurious granite countertops and a 5ft X 9ft custom made granite table that accommodate 12 to 16 people. Kitchen also has a breakfast nook area with a smaller table and chairs and stools. From the kitchen access to the private pool, spa and 1/2 bathroom and outdoor shower.
 
Follow the bright winding staircase to the upper floor where you will find a large open plan sitting room with 2 day beds with trundles and an Xbox console with games playing on a 4K 55 Samsung, Smart, curved screen tv.
 
Also upstairs the very large King Master bedroom with queen sofa bed, walking closet, 40 Samsung Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with roman tub and shower stall.
 
This floor also has a queen master bedroom with 37 flat screen tv and private bathroom, a Spiderman /Transformers boys room with 2 twin beds and 40 wall mounted Samsung Smart TV and a princess room for the girls with a full and a twin bed and a 40 wall mounted Samsung Smart Tv. Also located on this floor for your convenience a hall/kids bathroom and Laundry room.

Fantastic Florida rental home. We loved it


My family and I return to Florida every November. We have always rented homes in the area as we enjoy cooking our meals and having our own pool in the evenings when we return from the parks. This property is conveniently located close to the parks and shopping and is in a beautiful neighbourhood. The house is very large and well furnished for large families or two families. It was very clean and everything worked as it should. We loved the granite counter tops and especially the massive granite dining room table for a our large family to eat dinner together. Our family has rented many homes in the area surrounding Disney and this particular home was our favourite of all. Thanks for the great memories and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to rent a home for their vacation. We will be back!!
