This is a lovely Townhouse located in the Townhouse 1 section of Castle Pines Community in PGA Village, a golfers dream destination. A 2 minute walk to beautiful swimming pool. The master suite has 2 beautiful double entrance doors and high ceilings, walk-in closet, additional closet, dresser w/ mirror, armour w/TV, two night stands and lamps, ceiling fan, separate sliding glass doors to our screened outside patio, and a king  size bed. The master bathroom includes a walk in shower, and double sinks. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two twin beds. The living area is spacious with TV and VCR, large sliding glass doors to the screened  patio, large dining room. Kitchen has everything, fully turn key. Full screened patio with table, seating for 4. Washer/dryer included.  Located only 45 Minutes from PBA International Airport, travel is quick and easy. If you are a NY Mets fan, you are in luck, training camp is less than 5 min. away.

Great location in Castle Pines and PGA Village


We enjoyed our extended stay in this well maintained townhouse. The floor plan is excellent and offers plenty of space for family or friends to visit. We\'ve been coming to Castle Pines for 5+ years and this is our preferred unit from any of our stays. It\'s great being on the quiet section of all townhomes and still just a short walk to the pool complex. Golf is our main focus of our time and the 3 PGA Golf Club courses are excellent. Mary very quickly resolved any minor issues and we have booked with her again to return next year.

We would recommend this rental to all


We loved this renal and would recommend it to everyone. loved having the master bedroom downstairs made to so convenient. The pool area was very relaxing and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was very convenient being so close to I-95 and every store and restaurant within a few miles.

Home away from home


This was our second time staying at this property and it was exactly as expected. It is very comfortable, convenient, and well maintained. The communications with Mary are always excellent and knowing she\'s close by if needed is also comforting. Easy access to I-95 makes it easy to get to numerous restaurants, shopping, Mets, beaches, river excursions, etc. It\'s a quiet location to relax, and you can walk to pool. Looking forward to next year\'s visit already!

Perfect Getaway


We were somewhat tentative about renting an unfamiliar on-line property but upon arriving the property, we were very pleasantly surprised. The townhouse is as described and everything, restaurants, shops, etc. are conveniently located within just minutes from the unit. The pool is a short walk and is very clean. We highly recommend the townhouse and would rent again without hesitation.

What a lovely stay we enjoyed at this property! We certainly were provided with accurate location, layout, and amenities in the listing description. The town home was clean and well-maintained, and the owner was on hand for excellent customer service. We loved the pool area which we shared with our daughter and her family, and also relished strolling the beautiful grounds of the gated community. There were numerous restaurants and cafes as well as convenient stores and shops to meet all of needs. Would we consider returning there? We indeed plan to do sowithin the coming year!
