Description

The regular weekly rate is $1200 + 13% tax = $1356, Saturday to Saturday preferred. There is also a $125 cleaning fee plus $15 per additional person over 10 people. Pool Heat is an optional extra at $25 per day (winter months only). Major holiday weeks are an extra $50 per night.

Quality furnishings and broadband / Wi-Fi Internet and community facilities (including fitness center, club house & on-site movie theatre) included.
 
Trafalgar village is a superbly located tourist destination in the heart of Central Florida. This upscale gated vacation community is based around luscious woodland and lakes and is just a few miles from the Walt Disney World theme parks. We are located 15 minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from Orlando international airport (MCO).
 
Our prestigious property is furnished to the very highest standard and consists of SIX large bedrooms (three kings, two twins and one full) together with FIVE bathrooms, a living room, dining room, pantry, family room, and game room. 
 
Our exclusive home is fully air conditioned and comes equipped with every comfort necessary to make your stay truly memorable. There is a large screen television in the main living room together with televisions in each bedroom. The expanded outside pool area and screened in porch / lanai compliment our property which is the largest in the resort. 
 
Abundant shopping opportunities exist with several outlet malls and quaint downtown shops and restaurants all close by. Mouse ears and the major theme parks are what first come to mind, but they are only just the beginning. No matter what your interests, you will find an attraction to enjoy. 
 
A NOTE ABOUT PRICES:
$1200 per week + 13% tax = $1356 plus a Home Away booking fee that will be displayed when Home Away automatically generate quote.
 
Please note the price is for the Entire House- Not per person. 
We will always try to accommodate your preferred dates however in peak Spring Break and School Summer Holiday Season Saturday arrivals / departures are preferred. For less than 7 nights we prefer bookings that fall between two Saturday to Saturday periods. eg. Arrive Saturday or Sunday and leave Thursday or Friday. 
 
Monthly Rates Available. 
Holiday weeks add $50 per night. 
Pool Heat is an optional extra; usually required winter months only, $25 per day. 
The cleaning fee is $125 + $15 per extra person when over 10 people. 
For less than 7 night reservations the rate is $200 per night. 
Please contact the owner for a detailed quote - with no surprise fees or charges - and if your are travelling at non peak times ask for a discount.
 
The security deposit of $300 is fully refundable 7 days after you depart.

Berrios Family Vacation


This house is the most wonderfull vacation home. The place is spectacular near the disney parks and universal studios. Trafalgar Village is a beautiful place and you feel so calm. My family enjoy our stay to celebrates my niece 15 birthday in July 21 to August 3 . The bedrooms are confortable and the pool so wonderfull. I reccomend this beautiful house 100%.

WHAT A WONDER FAMILY VACATION


I must say that this 6 bedroom / 5bath home was the perfect place for my family as well as the other two families that join us on our vacation. This home was clean(just like the pictures shown) upon arrival, spacious, huge patio to hang out on & the game room was the idea place for all the children we had with us. I must say that the nieghbor hood is clean & quiet(relaxed) day or nigt, trash comes everyday of the week except sunday. All questions and concerns that I had before taking my vacation, Sean was very helpful by answering them all. From a scale 1-10, I would rate this as an 10 meaning I would recommend not only my relatives and friends, but who ever is looking forward to taking a nice vacation with family & friends. I would recommend that the renters go to all nearby activities, attractions and restaurants. Thanks Sean, I am so looking forward to the upcoming year 2012...

Our first time in Florida


House was very huge loved every minute of our stay. Close to everything. Not to far from Orlando. Loved the pool my kids enjoyed it from the time we woke up til the time we went to bed. Would definitely re-rent this house.

Huge, clean and convenient


We booked this property because of the size. My family and I get together once a year for an annual family trip. 9 adults and 7 children ranging in age of 13 years down to 6 months. All sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family. The house is fully stocked with all the necessities needed for your stay. The kids lived in the pool area during our stay. Being right off the main road it was very nice to be able to get in to town without having to use the GPS every time. The community security starts to recognize you very quickly which was a plus as well. I would definitely booked this property again!!! Very very very nice. Only downside was the size of the tv\'s in the bedrooms and two of them not working at all. However by the time is was time for bed I don\'t think anyone realized it after the first day!!

Great House!


This home was perfect for our needs. Our family owns a business that requires us to travel with our crew and from time to time we try to rent a house to have a break from hotels. The location was very commuter friendly. We were thrilled that everyone got to have a private bedroom to themselves. The patio and pool areas were the best and most used \"rooms\". We did happen to be in Kissimmee when Hurricane Matthew visited and had to extend our stay a couple of days to complete our job. Sean was kind enough to accommodate our needs. I will definitely be looking forward to staying at this house again.
