Description

Two large bedrooms along with two large decks overlooking the Great Salt Bay are the key features of this condo.  The kitchen/living space is small; however, you can spread out on the two decks, the 5 acres of land, or lounge by the in-ground pool.  The largest bedroom is reached by its own spiral staircase and features its own deck perfect for star gazing at night or waking up to views of the bay in the morning.

It is a clean, cozy, and comfortable condo perfect for a family of four or four adults.  It is accessed through a common area door with a set of stairs.

It is a phenomenal location central to many great mid-coast experiences in Maine.  You are 40 minutes from Freeport (think LL Bean Outlet and Cold River Vodka Distillery), an hour north of Portland (fantastic for foodies), and 45 minutes south of Camden Maine (more great hiking).  The condo is also great just for staying local and enjoying the sights and sounds of Damariscotta, Boothbay, and famous Pemaquid Point.

Wonderful Condo in MAINE !

We had a wonderful visit to Maine ! The condo was very nice and in a quiet area but close to restaurants and grocery store . Weather was nice so we could enjoy the pool! Awesome view from decks ??

Front row for Pumpkin Fest!

Nice place, right next to all the festivities of Pumpkin Fest, shuttle across the road to get you downtown and the big pumpkin drop was just down the road. It worked out well for us. The path down by the river was neat too.

Nice condo in quiet complex, close to everything!

The complex is small and quiet. Some maintenance needed but nothing to complain about. Kristen is lovely and very responsive to questions. The beds are very comfortable. We felt it was perfect for our needs for a long weekend.

Great, comfortable condo in great location

We stayed at this condo very last minute as we needed to attend a funeral. Kristen was so helpful and replied to us so quickly. We were able to book the night before and hit the road to Maine the next morning. The condo is very clean and safe. They hadl a really nice inground pool available to condo guests that we unfortunately did not have time to use. The condo itself was very comfortable and since we attended a funeral and spent all our time with relatives, we were really only there to sleep. That being said, the beds were so comfortable and we all slept so well (which is usually not the case when we are away from home.) The ac units kept us cool which was a real plus. We did get take-out on our first night and it was nice to have a kitchen table to sit at. The kitchen was little but really all you need. The upstairs bedroom is huge and I was able to have my young son sleep on his toddler air bed up there with plenty of room to spare. We will definitely come back to this rental (hopefully under better circumstances) as it is in a great area of Maine for shopping and restaurants.

Maine Stay

Upon arriving we found everything to be as described. The condo is just like a place at your own home. It was clean and cozy. The porch you could sit at outside and listen to the birds and look over to the river. The kitchen was stocked with comforts of your own home. I only cooked one small meal there because my parents spoiled us. We went to eat at \"Sarah\'s\" and the Ice cream shop-that was awesome, \"Moody\'s \" was also great food. The hospitality of the people in this town is impeccable. This home was cozy and exactly what we needed. We loved it here and hope to return one day. Our trip was short, Spent two days driving and only three days of stay. Next time it will need to be a week or even two. Thank you for being an enjoyable wonderful part of our trip to Maine.
