Coco Cabana located at 309 A 58th St in Holmes Beach is a beautiful three bedroom two bathroom home with a private heated pool. This ground-level home has everything you could want, just a few blocks to the beach, and close to shopping and dining. After a day at the beach come back and continue to unwind out by the pool. Coco Cabana will sleep six with two king size beds and two twin beds, there is also a queen size sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a television, every effort has been made to create a relaxed, get away for the whole family. RENTAL DOWN PAYMENT: Weekly reservations require a $500.00 nonrefundable rental down payment. There are a few higher end properties that do require a minimum $1000.00 nonrefundable rental down payment. Reservations of 28 days or more require a $1000.00 rental down payment. If you are renting multiple units within a complex or duplex a $1000.00 rental down payment is required. These rental down payments are required to confirm your reservation but are applied toward your final payment. All payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Each reservation requires a $75.00 non-refundable processing fee. Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival. For your convenience we now accept E-checks which will incur a $1.00 processing fee. You can also send a personal check or pay by credit card which will incur a 3% convenience fee.
