The downstairs separate apartment / game room is accessed by heading from the upper deck downstairs to a SEPARATE entrance, and offers a pool table, bathroom, and additional sleeping quarters, plus there is a private outdoor spa on the patio below the deck. The yard is spacious and provides a wonderful mountain atmosphere for the whole family to enjoy year round, making this a wonderful destination for your next mountain vacation!
