Cancellation policy:
50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.If full payment is not paid at the time of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.

Rates up to 10 guest.  Additional guest fee $10 per guest per night

A signed Rental Agreement and a $200 Reservation Deposit is required to secure a booking. 

Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If booking date is within 45 days, the full payment is due once booking is confirmed.

Casa comoda


Arrendamos para un grupo de 6 personas, la casa esta bien mantenida, muy limpia, comoda y completamente equipada para disfrutar nuestra estada. Muy buena ubicacin a solo minutos de restaurantes y parques. Muy recomendable y si vuelvo a ir sin duda volveria a esta casa. Gratamente sorprendida.

Beautiful townhouse conveniently located


First of all I have to say that the property was very nice and exactly as described in the listing. Very nice location near all parks and shopping malls. The longest park took no more than 35 minutes and so the shopping malls. It is located in a quite nice place very private and you\'ll have a Walmart 5 minutes away to buy all your groceries (this was very important for me an my family). One of the best things of this listing was the response from the owner to all our questions. The refrigerator didn\'t work when we arrived by it was fixed right away with one simple call. If you are going with a big family to Orlando, this is the place. I will not hesitate to book this home for my next vacation. Thanks for everything!!!!

Fell in love with this place

Exactly what I expected!


Centrally located, exactly as pictured. Clean, quiet and comfortable. However child safety gate didn\'t work.
