The apartment is located at the first (US: 2nd) floor of an old mansion built in 1614, with a prestigious entrance, monumental ceilings and an impressive staircase. The apartment has recently been renovated with great attention to detail, and is in perfect condition.
 
The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the Jordaan area, Anne-Frank house, Dam Square and Central Station.
 
The apartment is also very close to Haarlemmerstraat, a paradise for lovers of good food. Plenty of excellent restaurants and nice bars/café's in the immediate surroundings of the apartment.
 
Combining the charms of the past with the comfort of today, the apartment is a truly great place to stay in all seasons.
