What a wonderful home in the perfect location. Our family spent three weeks in this island paradise. There was plenty of room to dock our 27 foot boat and so convenient to great fishing and diving locations. Loved having the heated pool to enjoy in the afternoons. Great resturants close by if you don\'t feel like cooking. This home offers everything you need for the perfect getaway vacation!!! Julio was great to work with, very quick response time with any question I had. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect spot. This is it!!!
Two families rented this home and fit very comfortably in this home. The parents appreciated the well maintained / clean and fully provisioned (kitchen, bath, linens, etc) home, while the kids loved the pool, canal, and fish / manatees. Julio was very professional and accommodating to requests and following up periodically to make sure that everything was ok with our stay. The neighbors were also VERY nice and enjoyable to be around. In all we couldn\'t have asked for more and we will definitely recommend and rent from Julio again.
This is a great 3 bedroom canal house with everything you need! Slept the 6 of us (4 adults, 2 kids) comfortably with extra space. Fully stocked kitchen and washer/ dryer. The canal dock had plenty of room for our 23 foot boat and we had several lengthy visits from the manatees! The pool was heated, a great size, and got lots of use. Very close to restaurants, a marina, and the grocery store. Julio was very timely with communication and ensured our stay was perfect. Would love to stay here again!
Great vacation rental in Tavernier! We had a wonderful time staying in this fully equipped waterfront home. The home is well maintained and clean. It is in a nice location, close to grocery stores and restaurants. The property is fenced with a security gate. There was plenty of room on the property to accommodate storage for our boat trailer and three vehicles. The house is located on the gulf side very near Tavernier creek which also makes it very convenient to the Atlantic ocean. There was plenty of room on the dock for our 24\' boat. We loved having drinks by the water in the Tiki Hut and enjoyed the heated pool. Julio was great to work with! He responded to my questions very quickly and was also quick to return our security deposit. We will rent this property again in the future. Thanks for everything Julio! ????????????
Julio was easy to work with and very attentive. He responds quickly and very professional. The property itself, it beautiful, we had many guests from the sea come to the dock - manatees, dolphins and various sea life you can see right there. We also brought our center console and kept it at the dock which is was very convenient for the many fishing trips we took while in the keys. There are few places to eat with a good walk or bike ride distance and the neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely keep Julio\'s property in mind for our future vacations.
What a great vacation getaway! Have used VRBO in the past and once again found a great place. Julio is great to work with and very timely answering questions or with ideas of things to do or places to eat. House is very comfortable and all appliances work good. Didn\'t think we\'d use the pool, but we did. Very refreshing! Would definitely use this property again. Thanks again Julio.
This house was a perfect size for the two families that stayed there. It was in a perfect location. A short drive from anywhere we wanted to go. Two hours to Key West. The house is very comfortable. If I needed Julio he was only an email away. He responded within minutes. He was a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely vacation in his home again.
My wife and I stayed at this home for a little over a week. Everything was just as advertised! We brought our boat and kept it at the dock. We had easy access to the Gulf or Atlantic. It was only a short drive to restaurants and other attractions. The pool was very refreshing and we were entertained by the manatees in the canal. I can\'t say enough about the owner\'s professional and timely communication throughout entire booking and stay. We would definitely book this house again!
3rd time staying in this beautiful home. The house had four new chairs and cooler by the heated pool. Walked to the fresh market on Fridays and saw plenty of manatee in the canal. We love the large space and layout of the home. The private gate, fence and parking are great for cars and boat trailers. This home truly offers a little bit of paradise in the keys. We have many fond memories from this home. Julio is fantastic to work with and is aways available if you have questions.
This was our first time in the Keys and Julio answered a lot of our questions and provide good customer service. A great place to stay and we could not have asked for a better location for explore the Keys! The property is so clean and well-maintained. The house is so much nicer in real life than its showed on the photos. We were 2 families with 4 kids between 7 and 11 years old and the kids just loved to swim in the pool. It\'s a great location when you want to be close to all kind of water activities. We have a wish to return some day and would love to recommend this to our friends.
My family and I have been traveling to the Keys for 40+ years now, and we have stayed in many different rental homes. The Keys are our home away from home. Our typical stay is 7-14 days, and we try to make the trip several times per year. In spite of the challenging weather this past week, we still had a fantastic time. The home was immaculate, fully equipped, beds were comfy, WIFI, which was huge for me, and a cool tiki bar poolside. We were greeted every morning by several manatees that were super friendly and enjoyed their lettuce breakfast. Julio is AMAZING and very responsive and accommodating. It was a great trip! A Great Place to stay, plenty of room and comfortable surroundings! That\'s how my wife, two adult children and I described our stay over the Thanksgiving week.We rented this 3 bedroom 2 bath house for the Thanksgiving week and enjoyed every minute there. This house provided us with all the amenities you could ask for from the spacious living and bedroom areas, large kitchen and eating area on out to the wrap around 2nd floor deck on down to the pool and dock area complete with your own Tiki Hut. There was plenty of dock space for my 21 ft Robalo and easy access to both the Fla Bay and the Atlantic. Prime location to get to Key Largo and or on down to towards Islamorada and beyond via boat and or car. Julio, the owner was great in providing us with all the key information both pre, during and post stay. We could not have been any happier with our stay and the communication process that went along with this rental making it as turn key and hassle free as possible.
We could not have been more pleased with the property!! it was everything...and more! My daughter and grand-daughter lived by the pool and canal, we rented a boat and access was wonderful to have right there at your back door, it was great having TV\'s in all the rooms so we could go our separate ways when we wanted to watch our own shows. This place was perfect!! Julio (owner) was always very quick in responding to our emails and phone calls, and very nice on top of that. We will use this property again I\'m sure as my son and I are avid fisherman and we tore the fish up!!! thanks again vrbo and we will be sure to tell our friends and family about the property...not that we haven\'t already!!!!!
This was our first time taking our family to the keys for a week long vacation. We could not have asked for a better location. The home was well kept and clean. I would definitely recommend this home to my friends and we look forward to coming back next year.
This was my 4th year at this property. The family had a great time again without any problems. The house is well taken care of and very clean. Everything close by, the grocery store, restaurants, bait shops and the ocean access by boat is only minutes away. It\'s a great place to just sit back and relax and have fun!
This was a great place to stay. Very close to the main highway, close to a nice grocery store. Easy to get around. My 11 year old loved having the pool; he swam every day. The house is nice with all of the amenities. Very easy check in and check out process. Julio was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend to anyone.
This is our second visit here. We arrived to find the home in pristine condition. The new 3 burner gas grill and high speed cable were enjoyed everyday. The manatees were often in the canal. The heated pool and other amenities make this a very special place for us. It is great to bring our boat here. We can be in the bay in a few minutes. This home is so close and walking distance to everything. Everything is very well maintained and the owners are special, wonderful people who want you to enjoy your stay. We have signed up to return next year and can\'t wait. Thanks.
This was our second stay and it was even better. Wonderful location. The first trip was an all guys fishing/snorkeling/boating trip. We had such a good experience that when we took a couples trip we returned. Everything we needed was there and nice. A great place to relax. A great base to: fish, snorkel, explore, jet ski, parasail, and painful as it is to write .... shop. All involved unanimously voted that the activities will change on our next trip to the Keys but we are staying at the same place. Looking forward to our third stay.
I (sadly) just wrapped up an amazing stay at this lovely, tropical vacation home in the Islamorada/Tavernier area of the Florida Keys! The house itself is gorgeous and instantly put me in \"island vacation\" mode. It\'s really a gem! We had all the amenities we needed, plenty of room for guests, and a great place to park our boat at the backyard dock on a nice, wide canal- we even got visits from a gentle manatee wanting a drink of fresh water from the hose! Also, the pool was amazing to relax in as you heat up the grill after long days out in the Atlantic or just cruising the Bay to see dolphins and the awesome sunsets...all just a short, sweet and easily accessible boat ride from the house. Simply amazing. I also can\'t say enough positive things about the property owner. Julio was a pleasure to communicate with throughout the whole process and he was very accommodating, helpful and responsive- prior to our arrival, during our stay, and even after departure! I could rave all day, but long story short, I felt completely at ease before and during this trip and I definitely hope to stay at this property again, and soon!
This is my third year with the family at Julio\'s place. Another great stay in paradise. Everything is close by, restaurants, Winn Dixie, bait stores and the creek for the ocean fishing. I will be back again.
We have rented this home 2 times and have no reason not to return again. Everything is as advertised and the owners are quick to repond to any requests. Hopefully we will return again next year for our annual fihing and diving vacation.
My family has been enjoying the Keys for many years and we were fortunate enough that Julio\'s house was once again available for our stay. Having stayed the previous year, we knew that this was were we wanted to be for our vacation this year. We had a little surprise though- the city decided to do some sewer work right in front of the house unbeknowst to anyone and Julio jumped right in the middle of it to make sure our time was disrupted as little as possible. Not sure other owners would have done all Julio did to mitigate the situation, the issue lasted a day, and everything worked out just fine! If all works out we will back again next year to make 3 years and counting!
We had a great time. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check out. The house is beautiful and it was easy to find and centrally located. Our kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool everyday. We saw a manatee in the canal and hooked a tarpon one day. We rented kayaks and explored the canals out to a gorgeous sunset. There was plenty of space for everyone and we loved the island decor. Julio was very helpful in checking in with us and making sure everything was easy for us. We will definitely be back!
My husband and I brought our kids down to Islamorada for fishing and fun during Spring break this year. We stayed at this lovely home and it was amazing. It is a perfect location near the grocery store in tavernier and very near tavernier creek to be able to access both the bay and the ocean side as well. The owners were amazing and very responsive by email with answers to my questions. Their home is well equipped and nicely appointed. We rented a boat and kept it on their dock and their was plenty of room for the 28 foot center console we rented. Would definitely stay there again. Recommend without reservations.
We had a fabulous stay at this house! It is very clean, very modern, and extremely comfortable. We fished off the dock every day, and even made friends with a manatee in the canal. It is located perfectly for traveling down to Key West or the Everglades, or to any marina on Islamarada for daily fishing charters. But we have to say that the best part of our stay was our contact with the house\'s owners. They are very organized and prompt. They made our travels so easy by providing every bit of information we could have possibly needed for checking in and checking out. And when we had questions, they replied to emails almost immediately. (Thank you so much for that!) We will suggest this listing to anyone and everyone we know who might be interested in traveling to the Keys!
This was the family\'s second stay for just over a month and we had a great time again. Very clean and well equipped with everything that one would need. Plenty of parking for the boat trailer and cars. Juilo is every quick to respond back should any issue arise. Very friendly and professional. We plan on returning next year. Great family fun!
We rented this home for the month of May. It is a great place for a family,clean, well maintained and had all the amenities you will need. Lots of space outside and a very nice pool and outdoor shower. We had a great time boating and fishing. The home is convenient to all shopping and restaurants. The grandsons caught many snapper from the dock. Julio was very helpful and checked to make sure all was going well. Thanks Julio.
We rented this home for the month of February and were not at all disappointed. The owners communicated often by email before, during, and after our visit and are very personable. The house is exceptionally clean and accommodating. Everything needed for a \'home away from home\' has been supplied. In addition, there is ample parking, boating access and a spacious pool/patio area. Conveniently located between Key Largo and Key West, it is near great restaurants, diving facilities, fishing, major attractions, stores, a hospital (with workout center) and boat rentals. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone.
