Description

Completely renovated in 2011 and 2013- This two bedroom, three bath villa is found in the best location - right in the middle of Fripp Island next to the Beach Club. The Villa has a private pool just off our patio available only to owners and guests of the complex. There is a private beach access with a sitting area just steps from the villa - and best of all - this part of Fripp Island has beach at all times of the day and all tides.
 
This beach retreat is a two story villa renovated with fresh paint, hardwood floors, new furniture and beds, 3 flat screen TVs, 2 DVD's (one DVD seems to float between the family room and the master depending on one's use. There is wireless internet, granite countertops and fully equipped kitchen including new dinnerware, glassware and cookware for entertaining. We have seating for 6 at the dining table. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The master has a king bed and balcony with ocean views and private attached bath. The second bedroom has double over double bunk beds and a twin bed, balcony with pool views, and private attached bath. All bedrooms have cable and a flatscreen TV. A pack-n-play is available for infants and toddlers. Downstairs is a full capacity washer and dryer.
 
Just outside is a patio with charcoal grill. The patio is shaded all afternoon bringing relief from sun during the warm summer months. The pool is just 10 steps off the patio. The beach is just 75 steps to the right.  
 
Wildlife is abundant all around the island - alligators, birds, deer. Fripp has walking and biking trails all over the island. There are playgrounds for children and many places to fish and crab. Fripp is the most relaxing experience you can have. You will never want to go back across the bridge. Come and make wonderful memories. It does not get any better than Fripp Island! Do not forget your camera!
 
No Golf Cart is included in the rental. Our six seat golf cart can be included in the rental for a fee of $250.

Very nice! Owner and property were wonderful!


The property was beautifully kept. The villa is very nice and comfortable, they have everything you need already there. It\'s just a short walk to the beach. The community is safe, friendly and relaxing. More importantly to me, the owner of the property was so very kind. We came here from Houston as hurricane Harvey hit and they were so compassionate. The stay was wonderful. We will be back!

Wonderful place to stay


This is a great place to stay. Great location on the island, lots of space, great bathrooms, really nice pool, beach just a short walk away, and an owner that makes sure everything is just right. Did I mention the golf cart? My wife and I used the golf cart all the time. What a bonus having that to drive around. We highly recommend this property for your next visit to Fripp.

Nice Place


This John Fripp Villa was very nicely renovated. Everything we needed was there including a plethora of sand toys, beach towels, and a few beach chairs. This fit our family\'s needs well since the second bedroom has a double bunk bed and twin bed and we have 5 children! The patio outside the villa was lovely although it had its fair share of flies. We especially appreciated the door leading out to the patio because it was easy for our children to open unlike most sliders we\'ve had in other villas. All being said, we thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful villa.
