Description

118 Captain John Fripp Villa is a lovely two story, three bedroom condo located in the heart of Fripp Island.  Just a short walk to the beach, Olympic pool, adult pool and Sandbar, Food Court, Beach Club, Ocean View Lounge, and tennis courts.  Features include high speed wireless internet, gas grill, each bedroom has its own bathroom, and spacious living area.  Relax and enjoy stunning views of the ocean and watch pelicans fly overhead from the back deck. This condo also offers two rollaway beds and a queen sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.  
 
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals).  Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation.  It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.  
 
Guest cards are required to enjoy any of the amenities at Fripp and this house provides as many as 8 cards, with a value of up to $400. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Great time!


We really love staying in the Captain John Fripp Villa\'s. The unit we stayed in needs a new outdoor grill and maybe some updated furniture (indoor and outdoor). Other than that, very pleased with our stay this year.
