Excellent condo / Location


Our condo E 213 was very nice, well maintained and clean. The condo had everything we needed. The outside property is nice and kept up beautifully. Location is close to the beach and many restaurants in the area. I already have friends inquiring about renting. I’m looking forward to it again. Thanks Greg

Wonderful stay in an inviting condo


I was very impressed with the entire property and how clean, comfortable, and welcoming this place was for us! The beds were nice and not awful like some places I have stayed! The details for us to get in and take care of things when we left also made this easy for us and not stressed! Very professional and affordable is why I will return again! If you want a safe, friendly place to stay, this is the place!

Wonderful accommodations!


We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Barefoot condo. The size exceeding our expectations, and we found it comfortable for our family of six. The sunroom with pullout twin was a bonus, as was the ample outdoor patio area. The pool and beach access location, rounded out a great experience. The owners were responsive, and we appreciated them working with us.

The best vacation!


This is my first time using Homeaway and I was extremely impressed! The condo was beautiful and super clean. The location was perfect, close enough to Clearwater but far enough away that the congestion wasn\'t there. Greg is a wonderful and honest owner and I highly recommend staying in one of his condos. Everything you need is there! We own in Holiday Inn vacation timeshares and found this place to be better! I was skeptical at first but would definitely rent from Greg again!! The sofa beds are not the greatest but typical for a sofa mattress. The laundry is expensive and small loads, we packed light because I always do laundry while on vacation but only did it once and spent 12.00! The condos have gas grills which I used frequently, loved having those available and very nice and clean. I can\'t say enough about this place! Thanks Greg for a wonderful, safe, and affordable vacation!
