Indian Rocks!


Our family of 6 enjoyed our time in Indian Rocks Beach. The condo was perfect...all the amenities you could ask for and spacious enough that we were all able to spread out. Our boys brought their laptops and promptly set up at the desk and table in the sun room. We were stoked to have a peak of the ocean from the sun room, as well. We explored lots of kid friendly venues in Tampa (Mosi, Great Explorations, Tampa Aquarium, and the Dali Museum, St. Pete), but loved especially coming home to sunset walks on the beach. We spent some time in the pool, but mostly enjoyed the Gulf. We also checked out the Wagon Wheel Flea Market, which was definitely great for people watching....think Walmart, but with beer! Yes, they serve beer and even have a Beer Garden....WHATTTT???!! Highly recommend! We hope to be back soon. Thank you for being a wonderful host, Greg!!!

Wonderful family vacation


Condo is exactly as stated, clean, spacious and it had all you need and more to vacation, especially the kitchen. The location was key with beach access right in front of the property with a cross walk. The pool is a 1 min walk out the back door. We rented a car but there are many restaurants and shops very close by. We very much appreciated the beach chairs, beach toys and towels. The owner was very prompt in answering our many questions and very professional as well. We arrived well before check in and was able to have pool access with a restroom which was a huge plus. Our college girls were on vacation with us and found the place perfect as well.

Wonderful Condo!


The condo was just perfect for our family of four. We stayed at the resort last year and couldn\'t wait to return. The condo has everything you need from kitchen items, beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys! Greg was great to work with and was very prompt in answering questions prior to our vacation. We look forward to returning and renting from Greg again.

Happy time!


My husband and I loved the area. He spent a great deal of time at the inter coastal waterway , watching the boats go by and observing the fishing activities. I walked the beach daily, enjoyed the lovely pool area and the inviting pool, and, then, returned to the beach to witness the gorgeous sunsets. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I was also impressed with our courteous owners who emailed us during our stay to see if we needed anything. How thoughtful!

Great place for vacation and relaxing


The condo was clean, cozy and comfortable. The beach was a 4 minute walk and we enjoyed watching the sunset. This beach is a treasure. There was plenty to see and visit nearby if you want to venture off. There is Johns Pass, Clear Water up the street and beautiful St Petersburg to escape to. The pool was clean and neat. This place made our vacation very relaxing and fun for the whole family to enjoy. Thank you Greg.
