Best place in NYC

I\'ve never stayed in a more beautiful studio in New York, for such an affordable price! Clean, well decorated, and with central air. Tom was also incredibly responsive and so friendly. I couldn\'t have asked for a better stay.

Absolutely Wonderful & Highly Recommend

I can\'t begin to express how much I enjoyed staying at this property. Tom was accessible 24/7 and his communication was on point. The apartment was extremely clean and way bigger than expected. Although the online photos are great, they don\'t do it justice. The location was perfect. It almost felt like we were in the center of it all, which was exactly what my husband and I wanted. I highly recommend staying here. There are subways are right around the corner and food on every block. We\'ll definitely be booking this property again in the future. Thank you Tom!!!

Great little apartment for an authentic NY vacation

My husband and I spent a long week-end in the city and this studio apartment was perfect for us. The kitchen has all the staples you need, including coffee, cream and sugar. The bed is very comfortable and the location is perfect - close to everything. The subway is only a couple blocks away - if you\'re in town more than a few days, buy the unlimited 7 day pass for $32. While there is construction going on outside and a bit noisy, it\'s all part of the authentic New York experience. Tom was easy to reach and gave us some great tips on places to check out. Loved this hidden little gem and will stay here again on our next trip.

Great apartment - great location!

The apartment was great! It was very nice and clean. The location was terrific for what we wanted to do. It is right around the corner from the Empire State Building and very convenient to subway and buses. Tom was very easy to work with and responded to us very quickly. He provided us with so much information that was very helpful. Great place!!

Beautiful New York Apartment

This property is perfect walking distance from Penn Station as well as many other restaurants, bars, and all other activities. The stop for the 6 train is also just a couple blocks away. The apartment itself is very spacious and very well kept. I did not here much city noise the entire time I stayed in the apartment and I was there on a busy weekend. The homeowner provided clear instructions, and offered way more than he needed to. He truly offers you a nice stay in his home. I would most definitely go back again. I felt like I was a big shot in a Manhattan apartment for the weekend and I didn\'t mind that at all. Five Stars and if I could give 6 I would. Waaaay better option than the hotels I was looking at.
