GORGEOUS Key West Style Spacious Home just a short 5 min walk to Tigertail Beach!
 
The 15 ft Ceilings welcome you into a brightly colored, well decorated living room that screams "Welcome to Paradise!"
 
The home is the perfect size and layout to accommodate 2 small families or 1 large family.  The master bedroom has a king sized bed and opens up to a beautiful covered lanai...the perfect spot to have your morning coffee. The second bedroom also has a king bed.  The third bedroom is perfect for the kids with 2 twin beds or you can push them together for a third king bed.  There are 2 full size baths both with tubs and showers (one in the master and one off of the hall).  The second king room has a private access to the bathroom as well as hallway access.  The master and second king room also have televisions provided with Direct TV access.  The twin room has a TV and DVD player but no Direct TV access.
 
There is plenty of seating in the living room with 2 full size sofas (one a sofa sleeper) and 32" TV with Direct TV for your viewing pleasure on those rainy days.  The  large dining area has a table with seating for 6 in the living/dining combo.
 
The LARGE Eat-In kitchen can accommodate a family of any size (or two!).  There is a seating area off of the kitchen with another TV and bar stools at the island.   The fully equipped large kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and everything you need to make a gourmet meal!  Or if you are more of an outdoor chef, grill your family meals on the gas grill provided and enjoy dining outside (bug free) in the completely enclosed lanai. 
 
The best part...the STUNNING outdoor screened in lanai with 20 ft ceilings and a private heated pool and SPA!  The well manicured landscaping isn't just pretty to look at, it also adds lots of privacy, so you feel like you  are in your own little oasis right in the heart of Marco!  
 
This home is fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a beach cart, towels, umbrella, cooler and chairs.  Just bring the sunblock!  
 
For those that have to mix a little work with pleasure there is a built in desk in the kitchen.  We  provide WIFI and a telephone for local calls (no international calls sorry!).  
 
There's plenty to do just a short bike ride away.  The Esplanade has lots of great shops, restaurants and the ever so important Starbucks and is just a 2 min bike ride from the home.  
 
*Owners Bikes are made available for Guest Use as a courtesy.  Guests are responsible for any maintenance needed including filling tires and/or repairing flat tires.  Marco Island Bike Shop will pick up, deliver and repair bikes or Guests are welcome to rent from the bike shop.

Absolutely perfect!!!


Loved the house and location to the beach. Pool was great and beds were so comfy!!! No kidding! The house had everything we needed to live for a week on the beach. The grill was awesome and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommended!!

Awesome Girls' Getaway!


I am a repeat customer. Owner goes above & beyond to make sure house is stocked with supplies for beach and pool. Home is very clean & comfortable. Love the house layout & furnishings. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds are. Very close walk to Tigertail Beach which is good for shelling.

Spacious,private and peaceful vacation home in Marco Island


My family and I enjoyed this spacious and beautiful home. The private pool area with hot tub was the families favorite. With shopping and ocean just a walk away, we were pleased to know that everyday brought us new things to do. The home itself, was a vacation all on its own, with all the amenities that our own home would have and more. Everything was clean and the landscape was well kept up along with literature to help plan your stay. The owner, gave us insight of what attrations Marco had to offer and more. I would highly recommend this home in the beautiful Marco Island!
