The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen bed with new mattress and feather bed and twin bunk beds.

The Master Bedroom is on the opposite side of the other rooms for added privacy and has a spacious walk in closet.  The Master Bath has 2 sinks and a large shower and has been fully remodeled.  The Main Bath has also been remodeled and has a large shower with convenient access to the  pool/lanai.  You don't have to go through the house to go to the restroom when you are in the pool!  
 
Every room has a ceiling fan even the extra-spacious pool lanai.  The covered lanai has plenty of room for the whole family with a table that seats 6 and 2 chaise lounges.  A NEW  Weber Gas Grill is provided for the perfect outdoor meal if you can get the kids out of that heated pool!
There's no better place to relax after a day in the pool than the cozy, stylishly furnished interior, with its coastal décor that creates a feeling of island-style calm.  Bonded leather couches and dining chairs provide comfort and easy clean up!
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for any type of meal prep from a light breakfast to a holiday dinner.   There is a table for 4 and a lounge space.  The dining table has seating for 6 more!   There are plenty of places to spread out and hang out!
Nights when you decide to enjoy your family dinner indoors, sit at the modern style dining room table, cooled by the air conditioning and ceiling fans.  Rainy days can be filled exploring over 100 channels on DirectTV or playing family board games.   There is a DVD player in the living room for family movie night....don't forget the popcorn!

People come from all over the state to visit the stunning beaches of Marco Island, but you're just a short 5 min walk from the warm sands, turquoise waters and endless watersports. Convenient beach access is at Maple and Collier and the home is across the street from to the beautiful Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort.
 
You're also just a short 10 min walk from Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden or to Marco Island's premier shopping destination, Marco Walk Plaza, where you can go for movies, ice cream, and plenty of fine dining options (less than 0.5 mi away!)  Across the street from the Marriott Resort!
 
With a spacious HEATED, SALT WATER pool and the beach just a short walk away, this house is your own private paradise. 
 
Additional bikes are available for rent through the Marco Island Bike Shop (including children bikes).  For those with little ones, a booster seat and pack and play are provided.  Additional items are available for rent through Tiny Tikes Treasures.

We are from the Show-Me State of Missouri and enjoy spending our days on the island biking, lounging in the pool or playing at the beach! Perfect place to relax


There were five of us and the house was just what we needed in terms of space. Although the screening over the pool was gone due to the hurricane, the pool itself was great and we were not bothered by bugs during the day. Great location, walking distance to the beach and a short drive to everything else. Would gladly stay there again.

Home is turnkey ready for an awesome time!


The owner was very inviting and committed to us having a great stay. They had bikes available, the grill was clean and ready for use, and the pool was perfect touch for relaxing. I would highly recommend working with Demetria and Lux Living for your next stay on Marco Island.

Great place to stay!!


We loved our week long vacation in Marco! The saltwater poor was great! We had 10 of us (6 adults and 4 kids 3,6,11,14). The place was plenty of room for all of us!! Loved the short walk to the beach! Thanks again for allowing us to stay here! Want to book again in the future!!

Great house for a family vacay!


We stayed for 4 nights before Christmas and had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for 3 couples and 2 little ones. We hardly ever had to use the car, we walked to the beach everyday and restaurants at night and hung by the pool when we didnt feel like going anywhere. The house was great and had everything we needed for the beach. It was great not having to pack all of the beach toys, coolers, beach chairs etc to bring down with us since they were all provided. We will be headed back very soon!
