We are Heidi Stohschein and Juergen Koeger and are on the vacation rental market in Cape Coral since 2005. We rent besides our own 3 houses Caribbean Island Supreme Deluxe, Caribbean Island Grand Deluxe and Caribbean Island Dolphin View about 50 private luxury vacation houses, which we all personally know. Family-friendly - Family basic Price for up to 4 Guests. Please note over Easter and Christmas the min. rental time is 2 weeks and a seasonal surcharge of 20% has to be added to the rentla rate.
