Our beautiful 180m²/1940sqft villa is located on an quiet cul-de-sac minutes from Cape Coral´s Yacht Club community park and beach. It was built in 2004 and includes a master suite with king size bed, garden tub, spacious shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third room has two full size beds. The large eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped and has plenty of counter space for preparing meals and entertaining guests. Our vacation home comes with all the amenities you need like Sat-TV in three rooms, DVD-Player, books, games and of course WiFi.
 
Enjoy the gorgeous Florida sunsets in the back yard while barbecuing and dining, or relaxing in the heated pool, or just lounging in the deck chairs on the screened-in patio which overlooks the canal. Enjoy sunbathing and fishing from the boat dock or rent our 21´Hurricane Sundeck Outboard boat (not included) to explore the Caloosahatchee River or nearby islands and beaches.

20% discount on last-minute bookings. Electricity is included in the price up to $ 20.00 per week.
The rent for the MOTORBOAT is $ 500 for 3 days (minimum), each additional day $ 100. An additional $ 200 will be required for compulsory briefing on the first day of hire and $ 30 for registration with our towing insurance.
The price is reduced for bookings of more than one week.

Wonderful vacation


We really enjoyed our stay with family. The pool was fantastic. Kids did not want to leave! House was very nice- super clean and very functional plan. Location was great. One of our family members biked to the yacht club daily. Thank you for sharing was wonderful house.

Excellent and relaxing holidays!


The house has fulfilled all our expectations. The communication with the owner was very good, friendly and helpful. The house was very well equipped, with bicycles, fishing gear, movies, great TV and well equipped kitchen. It was nicely decorated, tidy and clean. There was a great welcome file, with loads of ideas for dining, sight seeing and information on Cape Coral and the vicinity. We truely felt like home. Overall, many thanks for a great holiday!

Fantastic!


We have been renting vacation homes 2-3 times a year in SWF since 2010. Must say, this was the cleanest house we have stayed at! It was spotless, and well maintained. The floor plan was nice, and the size of the pool and covered lanai were more than ample for entertaining friends. One morning took a 12 minute walk to the Cape Coral Yacht Club for a open-air breakfast on the beach. Noticed several bicycles in the garage - will have to try those next time. We would definitely recommend this property!

A great vacation!


I and my family had a terrific time at this location which had all the amenities one would want. It is close to all entertainment and shopping. We will definitely come back to visit again!
