This unit can also be rented as a two bedroom by locking off the fourth floor penthouse suite.

Part of 'The Landings at Tres Cocos' family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. The Landings at Tres Cocos - Bermuda Beach and Bermuda Landings consist of privately owned condos with the option of one, two, three and five bedrooms. We are located just one mile north of San Pedro town proper with easy access to town and surrounding areas, restaurants/bars and shopping. Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of town center, however, still close to amenities.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival entitled to 80% refund. Cancellations made 31 to 60 days prior entitled to 50% refund. No refunds on cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival. No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations. There will be no refunds due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or Acts of God, including Hurricanes. 

Additional Rate details

Rates are in US dollars and do not include a 9% hotel tax.
4 night minimum stay on all bookings. 7 night minimum during Peak Season.
 
Deposit Policy: We require a 50% payment of total rental to secure a reservation. The balance will be due 30 days before arrival. Payment in full is due at time of booking if within 30 days prior to arrival date. We accept Visa and MasterCard only.
