The Landings at Tres Cocos - Bermuda Beach and Bermuda Landings consist of privately owned condos with the option of one, two, three and five bedrooms. We are located just one mile north of San Pedro town proper with easy access to town and surrounding areas, restaurants/bars and shopping. Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of town center, however, still close to amenities.
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival entitled to 80% refund. Cancellations made 31 to 60 days prior entitled to 50% refund. No refunds on cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival. No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations. There will be no refunds due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or Acts of God, including Hurricanes.
