The second level offers two master bedrooms each with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped bar and bar lounge with flat screen TV, and a large sundeck complete with comfy lounge furniture and a stainless steel BBQ. With over 4000 square feet of living space and incomparable views of the Caribbean, this luxurious condominium will make your vacation stay truly unforgettable.
 
Part of 'The Landings at Tres Cocos' family, which includes additional one,  two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. The Landings at Tres Cocos - Bermuda Beach and Bermuda Landings consist of privately owned condos with the option of one, two, three and five bedrooms. We are located just one mile north of San Pedro town proper with easy access to town and surrounding areas, restaurants/bars and shopping. Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of town center, however, still close to amenities.

Terms & Conditions

We require a 50% payment of total rental to secure a reservation. The balance will be due 30 days before arrival. 
Payment in full is due at time of booking if within 30 days prior to arrival date. We accept Visa and MasterCard only.

Additional Rate details

Rates are in US dollars and do not include a 9% hotel tax.
4 night minimum stay on all bookings. 7 night minimum during Peak Season.
