We are Heidi Stohschein and Juergen Koeger and are on the vacation rental market in Cape Coral since 2005. We rent besides our own 3 houses Caribbean Island Supreme Deluxe, Caribbean Island Grand Deluxe and Caribbean Island Dolphin View about 50 private luxury vacation houses, which we all personally know. We have an outstanding reputation and are member of the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce, Customer ID 41324. Additional Information: 2 Weeks minimum rental over Easter and Christmas and 20% seasonal surcharge!

Electric Fee: USD 40/week included, consumption above is USD 0,12 / kWh + 11% tax
Cleaning Fee: USD 240 + 11% tax
