We are Heidi Stohschein and Juergen Koeger and are on the vacation rental market in Cape Coral since 2005. We rent besides our own 3 houses Caribbean Island Supreme Deluxe, Caribbean Island Grand Deluxe and Caribbean Island Dolphin View about 50 private luxury vacation houses, which we all personally know. We have an outstanding reputation and are member of the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce, Customer ID 41324. Additional Rate details

Children up to 2 years of age stay free of charge - Max. amount of guests: 6 (including children disregarding the age of the children, even Babies count as guests)
 
Additional Information: Miniumum rental time over Easter and Christmas and 20% rental surcharge 
Security Deposit: USD 1000
Electric Fee: according consumption USD 0.15/kWh + 11% tax
Cleaning Fee: Final Cleaning up to 4 guests USD 270, above USD 320 + 11% taxes, iBBQ cleaning (mandatory if used) USD 50 + 11%
