We are Heidi Stohschein and Juergen Koeger and are on the vacation rental market in Cape Coral since 2005. We rent besides our own 3 houses Caribbean Island Supreme Deluxe, Caribbean Island Grand Deluxe and Caribbean Island Dolphin View about 50 private luxury vacation houses, which we all personally know. 20% Discount on December 2017 bookings! Weekly net rental rate exkl. tax, 2 children up to 6 years stay for free, kids between 7 and 12 USD 100/week! Easter and Christmas 20% surcharge. This price list shows inaugural prices which may change any time without notice.
