Description

This house got some significant changes finished finally in July 2017.
The entertainment wall was be torn down and there is now a 75" tv then on the wall and below a nice elctrical fire place (74" long) on a granite podestry offering a home theater as welll. The mirrors in the 2 master suites were replaced with 60" tvs. The front garden got several changes, new palm trees and has now a new "face".
 
The Caribbean Island Supreme Deluxe offers an extended and high end equipment which you will barely find in any other vacation home:

We rent besides our own 3 houses Caribbean Island Supreme Deluxe, Caribbean Island Grand Deluxe and Caribbean Island Dolphin View about 50 private luxury vacation houses, which we all personally know. Additional Information: Minimum 2 weeks stay and seasonal price increase of 20% is required during Easter and Christmas.

Cleaning Fee: 2 guests USD 150, 3-8 guests USD 150, 7-8 guests USD 175 USD + 11% tax
