Freshly remodeled in January 2018 - enjoy our ocean front condo in the Del Mar Shores Terrace (gated) Complex. The place is fully stocked with everything from plush towels, comfy throws, and fine wine glasses so making happy beach memories will be a breeze!

The space
If you want to hang out and relax, we are just steps to the hot tub, pool and stairs to the beach. If you are looking for some adventure, the Del Mar fair grounds/racetrack and the Cedros Design District lie within a quarter mile. Walk or ride our beach cruisers to Solana Beach or Del Mar to enjoy unique shopping, eateries, cafes, breweries, wine bars and live music at the Belly Up.
If you want to explore further, easy freeway access makes it a breeze to get around the area.
We are pet-friendly for guests staying 30 days or more.

Brenda, mother of 4 kids (within 5 years) and engineer by degree, is wildly detail oriented and loves to share the coastal San Diego area with all guests, especially young families creating their beach memories.
Our family has lived in Solana Beach since 1993. Our family thoroughly enjoys sharing everything this area has to offer from the beaches, surfing, body surfing, mountain biking, trail running, hiking, shops to the restaurants.
We live 5 minutes away, so we'll be one phone call from you if any issues arise. Otherwise you'll have your privacy and space, and we'll leave you to enjoy the place.
