The space
Enjoy this 1/4 acre lot (huge by California standards) and this amazing beach cottage all to yourself. 3 fabulous bedrooms - 2 in the main house, 1 in the guest quarters - 2 full baths, full kitchen and a kitchenette, large outdoor covered deck and a wonderfully landscaped back yard. Complete with 2 outdoor showers.

Brenda, mother of 4 kids (within 5 years) and engineer by degree, is wildly detail oriented and loves to share the coastal San Diego area with all guests, especially young families creating their beach memories.
Our family has lived in Solana Beach since 1993. Our family thoroughly enjoys sharing everything this area has to offer from the beaches, surfing, body surfing, mountain biking, trail running, hiking, shops to the restaurants.
 
We live just a few miles south if you need anything, otherwise I leave you to enjoy yourselves.

The house is so clean


The house is so clean and well-designed. It\'s a place where you can really relax. The yard is huge and perfect for all sorts of fun activities! Spending time in a hammock, sitting by the fire, etc. The dogs loved being able to run around. We really appreciated how Brenda helped us to find the \'right\' house for our group--this was definitely it. :)
