Outdoor shower, small patio with charcoal grill, beach amenities, and a 5 minute walk to Moonlight Beach and a 2 minute stroll to a fabulous sunset lookout and just 3 blocks to downtown. Very private "in-law" studio with everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation.

The only shared area is the internally common stairway and the washer and dryer shared with the Beach Break Bungalow module.

Cancel up to 24 hours before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 24 hours of your trip and the first night is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.

This place is a gem


This place is a gem. I lived in Encinitas for a few years, so I know firsthand that the location LITERALLY cannot be better. The whole property seems to be newly renovated, and specifically the \"Hang Ten\" portion was private, clean, spacious, and comfy. Access and parking was a breeze, and Brenda has thought of everything. We especially loved the towels and chairs we could take to the beach.
