Fully renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with laundry and 2 dedicated onsite parking spots. Ocean Oasis has tons of natural light, an outdoor shower, small deck, beach amenities/toys, a wagon for the 10 minute walk to Moonlight Beach and a 2 minute stroll to a fabulous sunset lookout and just 3 blocks to downtown. We would love to host your group and help you create your "Beach Haus" memories.
 
The space
This is the back apartment component of the Endless Summer Retreat designed to sleep up to 7 people.
 
Guest access
Your apartment is fully contained with no shared spaces except the garage.
 
Other things to note
We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood and quiet times are strictly enforced. Thank you in advance for being a good neighbor.

Cancel within 48 hours of booking and 14 days before check-in to get a full refund. Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

Great location close to beach and restaurants and shops. Love Encinitas! Great place to walk run or bike. Very clean unit and well stocked with essentials.
