Our final photos are UP! Fully renovated spacious house in the heart of Encinitas sleeps up to 18 people in 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, a main kitchen, 2 kitchenettes & 6 onsite parking spaces. Perfect for the whole family with separate but connected spaces. Ocean views from the top floor, 2 outdoor showers, beach toys, wagons and a small yard. A 5 min. walk to Moonlight Beach and a 2 min. stroll to a fabulous sunset lookout. We would love to host your family & create your "Beach Haus" memories.
 
The space
This amazing custom beach home is spacious, comfortable, brand new and beautifully decorated while situated on the quiet ocean frontage road of 4th Street. Our access to the beach, town and the ocean views from inside the house as well as the ability to comfortably sleep the whole extended family makes this home special. We are in a quiet neighborhood so no parties or events!
 
Guest access
You'll have the run of the entire main house. The back apartment (Ocean Oasis) will share one of the garage bays only.
 
Interaction with guests
We live just down the street in Solana Beach and will be available if you need anything at all!

Strict – free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
Cancel within 48 hours of booking and 14 days before check-in to get a full refund. Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
