A 5 min. walk to Moonlight Beach and a 2 min. stroll to a fabulous sunset lookout. We would love to host your family & create your "Beach Haus" memories.
 
The space
This amazing custom beach home is spacious, comfortable, brand new and beautifully decorated while situated on the quiet ocean frontage road of 4th Street. Our access to the beach, town and the ocean views from inside the house as well as the ability to comfortably sleep the whole extended family makes this home special. We are in a quiet neighborhood so no parties or events!
We are just 3 blocks from the vibrant coastal Encinitas downtown and just .3 miles from from Moonlight Beach, .5 miles to Swamis and moments to the bluff top lookout at H Street. The house is spacious with lots of outdoor patios, 2 outdoor showers and all the beach gear you need.
 
Guest access
You'll have the run of the whole house with interconnecting but separate spaces to relax yet be together with your family and friends.
 
Interaction with guests
Brenda, mother of 4 kids (within 5 years) and engineer by degree, is wildly detail oriented and loves to share the coastal San Diego area with all guests, especially young families creating their beach memories. Our family has lived in Solana Beach (one town south) since 1993. Our family thoroughly enjoys sharing everything this area has to offer from the beaches, surfing, body surfing, mountain biking, trail running, hiking, shops to the restaurants. We live right down the street, so we'll be one phone call and just a few minutes away if any issues arise. Otherwise you'll have your privacy and space, and we'll leave you to enjoy your Beach Haus.

Strict – free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
Cancel within 48 hours of booking and 14 days before check-in to get a full refund. Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

Additional Rate details

$50 pet cleaning fee will be added upon approval of a dog.
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $2000
