This 2 “Master Suite” bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury condo sits on the front of the beautiful Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa on Clearwater Beach. Features of this lovely condo are private parking in a secured parking garage for 2 cars, private elevator that will deliver you directly into your condo. Every room has a view of the Gulf of Mexico, there are no bad views in this resort style condo. All high end stainless steel appliances, full kitchen with everything you could need for a spectacular dinner on your private patio. Granite counter tops throughout. You will find a jetted spa tub and shower in one master suite and a large walk in shower in the second master suite, as well as a sleeper sofa for extra guests. This condo is tastefully decorated with a traditional classic design to make you feel right at home. The condo is equipped with WIFI and there are TV’s in every room. There is a large balcony that moves across the front of the condo with entrance from the bedroom and the dining room and a second private balcony off of the second Master suite.
 
This is a private residence that is approximately 1788sqft. So each guest will be required to submit an application to the association in advance of the vacation. As a guest of the condominium you will have access to all of the hotels amenities which just adds to the attractiveness of this particular beach vacation. Some of the hotel amenities consist of an outdoor pool on the 8th floor and a 24/7 fitness room. Dining options include 2 restaurants, a cafe and a cocktail bar, plus a poolside bar and grill. There's also a spa and luxe cabanas with service-call buttons. Pets up to 40 lbs. or a maximum of 2 pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs. are welcome. The condo association requires a pet application and refundable deposit.
 
Attractions of the surrounding area include amazing restaurants, shopping, the beach, miniature golf, groceries, drug store and night life are all within walking distance. Visit our award winning beach, amazing restaurants, nightlife, our local star “Winter” from “Winter’s Tale” at the Clearwater Aquarium. Enjoy wave runners, para-sailing, Segway, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina. Make sure to go to the Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration. Go to Johns Pass to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions; it is only 10 minutes south. St Pete/Clearwater airport is 20 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium is only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are all only 90 minutes away. Local sports include the Tampa Bay Rays baseball, Buccaneers football, Lightning hockey, the St Pete Indy Car Race, and the MLB spring training facilities.
