-CHILDREN (Ages, please): MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE GUEST COUNT

-2nd bedroom: brand new FULL bed
-3rd bedroom: QUEEN bed & a TWIN bed
-Living Room SOFA converts to a FULL bed.
-BATHROOM: tiled tub/shower combo with a separate sink and counter area.
