The pool deck offers both sun and shade areas to relax and a private hot tub. There is TONS of decking (all bedrooms have deck access) lots of space for relaxing, reading, and enjoying the outdoors. Decks located on both side of the house allow for one shaded and one sunny deck at all hours of the day! Ideal house for one to two families to enjoy.
