Meticulous detail was given to not only equip this condo with high quality linens, but also embellish it with salty coastal accents and art work. The open floor plan connects the kitchen, den and dining area with the amazing backdrop of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully equipped so you are afforded the choice of eating in or enjoying the fantastic local restaurants. It features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, adding form to function. The sitting area of this 1 bedroom property is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating so you can enjoy your views of the beach or your favorite show on the flat screen TV. The leather sofa is a pullout couch so this property has bedding for 4.
 
For an even closer look at the shoreline, step on to your private balcony which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Imagine yourself sipping a glass of wine while the sky blazes with color during those renowned Gulf coast sunsets. You cares can melt away with the setting sun! Then when you are ready to float away to dreamland, retreat to your newly spruced up seashell theme bedroom with colorful accents, serene colors and 450 thread count 100% cotton sheets, and a king sized cool gel memory foam mattress .

$500 ‘down payment’ required at time of booking reservation for stays less than 28 nights; $1000 or 25% of rental fee for 28+ nights (whichever is less). Remaining balance payment schedule explained in reservation confirmation. Prices are subject to change any time prior to date of booking reservation.

One of the best stays


The front desk was very friendly and helpful on finding good places to eat. Amazing view of the Gulf and was not crowded. Pool was small but perfect to get in and cool off. Will definitely book again!

We were looking for a quiet place on the beach. That\'s exactly what we found. If you want to get in the busy tourist part it\'s only a few minutes drive away. The room had everything we needed and more. Great views!! Extra beach chairs, sun umbrella you name it it was there. The beds were very cozy as well. Including the pull out couch. Really can\'t beat it for an ocean front room. Hopefully we will be back again.

Super Cute / Awesome View!!


This was our first time renting from a private owner, but it was a great experience!! I have to say my favorite part was NO KEY to get in and out of condo!! You make up your own code to get in and out so no worries about a room key! Loosing it, having it when you walk out..it was great!

Perfect place with a fantastic view!


Perfect size condo for my husband and myself. Had everything we needed except TP. But no worries there is a Publix within minutes???? Very clean and you can\'t beat the view from the living room/ kitchen. Would highly recommend this condo.
