The nearby bike path parallels the Venice Beach Boardwalk and stretches North thorough Santa Monica and South to Redondo Beach. The deep, white sandy beach offers volleyball, biking, basketball and many other outdoor activities.

Wonderful home near Abbott Kinney


The house was really well layed out for our family wirh plenty of bedrooms and beds. The bedrooms have their own bathrooms which is a huge plus! The TVs were nice and large and the kitchen well equipped including a dishwasher. We enjoyed being able to walk to one of our favorite coffee spots.

Surpassed Our Expectations!!


We highly recommend staying in this fabulous home. Our group of 6 adult family members were in town for a wedding. The house was very comfortable, roomy, clean and the 3 1/2 baths were perfect for 5 women dressing for the event. The weather was great so we spent a lot of time on the back patio. We felt safe walking around at night and walked easily to lunch, dinner, shopping on Main St. and to the Venice Boardwalk only a few minutes away. Some even walked to the Santa Monica Promenade/pier and the Marina canals. Check in/check out was easy, we had no issues with the house at all. Management was professional and responded promptly to our questions prior to our visit. We had a rental which we parked in the garage, but I think two cars could fit easily. Our deposit was returned promptly. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to stay at this home again.

Fabulous stay in Venice


The house was amazing - had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. 2 living areas, comfy beds, 4 bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen and nice terrace areas. Large garage with laundry facilities and bikes for the whole family to ride to the beach. Very close to the beach - literally 2 blocks. Close enough to travel easily into Santa Monica although taxis for some reason very pricey! Bus service available on road outside of the house $1 per person - would be really useful to have details of buses in the folder provided in the house by the owner. Stay LA really helpful from point of making initial booking to providing support during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.
