This is a Santa Monica licensed compliant home. An onsite Host is available 24hrs a day and has her own private room and entrance offering you and your family the utmost privacy.
Restrictions: Private Home - Families only! No parties, unauthorized visitors, guests or disturbing neighbors. Guest must abide by all local Santa Monica laws.

Additionally 14% transient occupancy taxes on rental fee and exit cleaning.   3% creedit card fee.  Guest has the option to send check or wire funds in lieu of paying 3% credit card fee.  $1000 refundable security deposit due at time of reservation.  Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Fantastic Santa Monica


Santa Monica Contemporary fulfilled every expectation we had before arriving in LA for our all too brief stay. With our two adult sons joining us from London, the three bedroom house had ample room for us all to find a corner to relax in private or an area for us all to sit around and share stories and catch up on time missed together.

Superb!


Our vacation here was absolutely amazing, our host was bright and bubbly and made sure we were settled in when we arrived. The location is unbeatable and the home is so welcoming we didn\'t want to leave. I can\'t recommend this enough,if you have the chance to stay here go for it. Our only regret is that we didn\'t stay longer!

Perfect location, huge house!


Four of us stayed here for a girls\' trip and absolutely loved it. The home is so spacious with plenty of seating and room to spread out. The layout is unique and fun. It has two rooftop patios which were perfect for enjoying wine at sunset. The beds are memory foam and super comfortable. Phyllis was a joy to work with!
