This unit was recently renovated during the winter of 2017 with a new master bath and living area furniture. Ceilings and floors have been completely redone. It has an incredible view from the kitchen, dining, living and master bedroom of the Gulf of Mexico's sparkling waters. This unit has a King bed in the master, 2 Doubles in the guest bedroom,and a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodates up to eight guests. There are two full bathrooms, a private balcony, new TV's in every room, new appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, and linens are provided. This unit is spacious living and has all the comforts of home.
 
This condo is located at the Dunes of Panama, a beachfront property that offers something for everyone. The complex is a gated community and has three large Gulf front swimming pools, one of which is seasonally heated Nov 1st to May 1st, fitness room, tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball and more. As an added treasure to the property is Sud's Weezers Deli and Beach store along with Adventures at Sea Watersports for the thrill seeker who wants the adrenaline rush of a parasail, banana boat, or jet ski ride.
 
The property is centrally located to the famous Captain Anderson's restaurant, Angelos Steak Pit, St. Andrews State Park, Shipwreck Island waterpark, and other fun attractions such as putt-putt golf, bumper boats, skooter rentals, shopping, and more....
 
*A $350 advantance payment of rent is required when making the reservation.
 
A $33.60 fee will be charged if cancelled up to 21 days prior to check in 20 days prior to check in a $250 fee will be charged.

Great condo...great price


We come to Panama City beach every year for vacation but We have never stayed on Thomas drive before b/c we usually stay on front beach road, but we defiantly liked staying up on the \"quieter\" side of town! The condo was well stocked with everything you could possibly need & the beds were so comfortable! It was nice & clean & fit our family perfectly! We are planning on staying there from now on.

Winter Retreat


We have enjoyed this comfortable condo for several winters, now. The kitchen is very well-stocked for home-cooking and efficient to use. The king-size bed in the large master bedroom is very comfortable. The owners make sure we have what we need and update, frequently, to address those needs. Although it can get chilly,outside, occasionally, in the winter months, we are able to swim in the heated outdoor pool most of the time, play tennis, attend lots of fun events, and enjoy the varied cuisines of many restaurants. We love watching and listening to the crashing waves of the Gulf.
