652 New Haven is a recently renovated/updated two story 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo. The New Haven complex has one of the best views on Fripp Island as it sits right at the point of Ocean Point. You will enjoy watching fabulous sunsets on the deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Ocean Point Pool. Due to the unique positioning of our condo, there are ocean views from every window in every room (except the bathrooms). 652 New Haven is a few short steps to the beach at low tide, Ocean Point Grille, and one of the two award winning golf courses on the island.
 
This relaxing oasis features a totally renovated eat in kitchen including new cabinets, granite counter tops, and new stainless steel appliances complete with a separate ice maker for filling coolers, etc. You will truly feel like a "Pampered Chef" here; the large array of kitchen gadgets, bake ware, pots, and pans will make cooking as fun in this kitchen as it is in your own.
 
The master bathroom has also been totally remodeled and boasts a huge walk in shower with side sprayers and overhead rain shower for a luxurious experience. Double sinks, new granite counter tops and tile flooring complete the renovation. There are ocean views in every bedroom. Up to 8 guests can sleep comfortably as there are 2 king beds and 2 double beds.
 
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your weekly rental (excluding Monthly Rentals). You can drive the golf cart nearly anywhere on the Island, which is part of what caught our eye. There are so many things to enjoy including the deer, pelicans, and daily dolphin sightings. Not to mention the amazing scenery at every turn!
 
Also included with your rental are up to 8 guest cards, with a value of up to $400. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, Activity Center and Camp Fripp, swimming pools, and more.
