This is our family vacation home and we love to share it with our guests. We keep our condo in top condition for the enjoyment of ourselves and our guests. We are northerners who discovered the 30-A beach side community and immediately fell in love with the pristine beaches and many activities available.We enjoy discussing with our guests this unique area and share what it has to offer including the best beach in the US, great restaurants, fantastic hiking and bike trails, tennis and golf.Steve Nielsen purchased this condo in 2005

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.

Have stayed at theAddiago for at least 10 years and must say this condo is my favorite. The beach access and the location on 30A make it so special. Great memories of this trip with family.

The property was clean and well-maintained. The location was excellent.


Steve was very attentive and answered all questions quickly. The condo was gorgeous and was well-stocked. We usually don\'t like to stay at the same place twice in order to experience Destin differently, but I don\'t think I want to stay anywhere else after Adagio.

Great location and spacious


Great location and ideal being on 4th floor away from elevators and foot traffic. Some minor issues with the microwave and wifi after checking in but Steve and the management company were very responsive. Short walk to the beach, location on 30A is close enough to Watercolor/Seaside yet far enough away from the crowds and traffic in the evenings. Only gripe would be quality of the towels provided by the management company. We enjoyed our stay here!

We have vacationed at the Adagio for the past 10 years and we\'ve never been disappointed, fabulous pool, short walk to the beach, nice amenities, and great location. The condo was very comfortable, clean, the kitchen was well stocked with ample cookware, and the three king beds worked perfectly for us. Great condo and great weather, can\'t ask for anything more!
