House has access to all water recreational activities , close to open water and yet secluded enough to feel you are all alone in Paradise , you can have your boat dockside (75'dock) gas and full service marinas less than 10 minutes away by water, dockside gas service available.
 
The Florida Keys can be considered the American Caribbean and features all the same amenities as other island destinations such as world class sport fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling, boating, sailing, kayaking and eco-tours. Each of our island destinations has some special features. We invite you to visit each area individually and discover our tropical paradise in the Florida Keys.
 
Key Largo offers some of the finest diving and snorkeling in the Florida Keys. One of the main attractions in Key Largo is the John Pennekamp State Park. There are many dive companies that run guided trips to the park and to area sunken wrecks just off Key Largo.
 
Islamorada is the next island destination just south of Key Largo. Islamorada is known for it's world class sport fishing. Each season welcomes new fishing tournaments and angling opportunities. Bone fishing is especially popular with large bone fish up into the 10lb. Range. Offshore sport fishing can be equally exciting during the winter months for sailfish just off the reefs of Islamorada.
 
Founders Park just 10 minutes south of the property with beaches , boat rental , kayak rentals , Olympic size pool , basketball court, tennis court , skating , dock-age , refueling facilities , bar and restaurants .
 
The Department’s function is to enhance the quality of life for residents by providing safe and attractive parks, recreation areas and activities. There are six Village parks and recreation properties: Founders Park, Library Park Beach, Anne’s Beach, Plantation Tropical Preserve, Green Turtle Hammock Nature Preserve, Plantation Hammocks Preserve, and Southwinds Park. The 45 acre Islamorada Founders Park is the center of the Village’s park system, offering sports programs, recreational Founders Park Pacific Lighthouseprograms and facilities, sports coaching and training and facilities for aquatics, golf, soccer, baseball, tennis, volleyball, swimming, and basketball. The department also provides children’s recreational camps and supervises, organizes, and supports large charitable public special events such as: Friends of the Pool Aquatic Ball, Bougainvillea Ball, July 4th Celebration & Fireworks, Florida Keys Youth and Masters Swim Meets, Special Olympics Swim Meet, Islamorada Chamber of Commerce Holiday Festival and Island Fest, Upper Keys Rotary Nautical Flea Market, University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame & Habitat for Humanity Fishing Tournament, Bay Jam and several Islamorada Community Entertainment amphitheater events, as well as a wide range of numerous smaller special events.

In addition to the Newly Installed Heated Pool , the inside of the house has been totally redone , from new appliances including dishwasher , new flat screen TV's in each of the bedrooms and Living room , wine cooler , custom made Kitchen cabinets , new floors throughout , new bathroom vanities and all new paint inside , new lights, new bunk beds , twins over full with trundles , new mattress in each bed.

The quoted rates are for 4 adults , children under 12 yrs stay free, there would be a one time $100 extra charge per adult per stay over the 4, minimum age to rent property 28 years.
Utilities electricity $100 cap, water a $90 cap for monthly rentals , if there is a need to apply these charges they will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of your stay.

Wonderful


What a wonderful home in the perfect location. Our family spent three weeks in this island paradise. There was plenty of room to dock our 27 foot boat and so convenient to great fishing and diving locations. Loved having the heated pool to enjoy in the afternoons. Great resturants close by if you don\'t feel like cooking. This home offers everything you need for the perfect getaway vacation!!! Julio was great to work with, very quick response time with any question I had. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect spot. This is it!!!

Fabulous home on a canal with pool


This is a great 3 bedroom canal house with everything you need! Slept the 6 of us (4 adults, 2 kids) comfortably with extra space. Fully stocked kitchen and washer/ dryer. The canal dock had plenty of room for our 23 foot boat and we had several lengthy visits from the manatees! The pool was heated, a great size, and got lots of use. Very close to restaurants, a marina, and the grocery store. Julio was very timely with communication and ensured our stay was perfect. Would love to stay here again!

Great vacation rental in Tavernier!


Great vacation rental in Tavernier! We had a wonderful time staying in this fully equipped waterfront home. The home is well maintained and clean. It is in a nice location, close to grocery stores and restaurants. The property is fenced with a security gate. There was plenty of room on the property to accommodate storage for our boat trailer and three vehicles. The house is located on the gulf side very near Tavernier creek which also makes it very convenient to the Atlantic ocean. There was plenty of room on the dock for our 24\' boat. We loved having drinks by the water in the Tiki Hut and enjoyed the heated pool. Julio was great to work with! He responded to my questions very quickly and was also quick to return our security deposit. We will rent this property again in the future. Thanks for everything Julio! ????????????

Wonderful place to ring in the new year


Julio was easy to work with and very attentive. He responds quickly and very professional. The property itself, it beautiful, we had many guests from the sea come to the dock - manatees, dolphins and various sea life you can see right there. We also brought our center console and kept it at the dock which is was very convenient for the many fishing trips we took while in the keys. There are few places to eat with a good walk or bike ride distance and the neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely keep Julio\'s property in mind for our future vacations.

What a great vacation getaway! Have used VRBO in the past and once again found a great place. Julio is great to work with and very timely answering questions or with ideas of things to do or places to eat. House is very comfortable and all appliances work good. Didn\'t think we\'d use the pool, but we did. Very refreshing! Would definitely use this property again. Thanks again Julio.
