Sitting on a beautiful landscaped plot located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a conservation view to the rear, Sunstreams offers perfect seclusion. Our villa is not overlooked so offers total privacy to our guests, relaxing and watching the sunset over the conservation area from the first floor balcony is highly recommended.

The property is located in the secure gated community of "The Sanctuary at West Haven." It is a very quiet and peaceful location with tree-lined avenues and well kept gardens and Sunstreams is at the end of a quiet cul -de- sac.

The rear of the villa has lovely views across the conservation area and as there are no properties directly at the rear of the property it gives a nice feeling of space with a high degree of privacy.

Sunstreams Villa has plenty of space to relax with high vaulted cielings, two living areas, two breakfast bars, large HDTVs throughout and a fully equipped games room with an additional PS4 gaming space

We purchased and completely renovated the villa in March 2017 after holidaying in Florida with our family for the last 23 years, so we have first hand experience of what makes a villa truly special. We live in the UK and have 3 grown up children who love Sunstreams as much as we do. The owner of this property requires a 25% down payment to reserve and full payment 90 days before check-in.
Cleaning Fee: $98 for six nights or less , seven nights or more no fee
Time Minimum Stay: 4 nights
Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Deposit Requirements 25% deposit to hold dates
Pool Heat for 2018 / 2019 is $25 / day, for 2020 £28 / day
$250 security deposit required which is fully refundable if no damage
