This wonderful home can accommodate approximately 9 guests, which makes it a great option for family vacations. **We apologize, but due to severe allergies in our family, we cannot allow pets in the home.**
 
The possibilities are endless when you take your vacation here! Relax by our private pool, enjoy a gorgeous sunset from the large screen porch, visit the quaint Fort Island Gulf Beach, swim with manatees, or take a boat out to fresh or saltwater for fishing, scalloping, snorkeling, scuba diving, sight seeing, or out to eat at one of Crystal River's fabulous waterfront restaurants.
 
The home is located on a deep water lagoon near King's Bay, which makes it a great choice for larger boats. Several public boat ramps are located near the home and are available for your use at no charge. The lagoon is not only great for boats, but is also a popular swimming place for manatees and dolphin!
 
We offer discounts for rentals 3 months or longer. Great for snow birds.

We are a family from Leesburg, Florida, which is located approximately an hour from this rental home in Crystal River. We love to take our boat out fishing and scalloping as much as possible. We have been vacationing in Crystal River for many years, and we decided to purchase the home because we enjoyed our vacations there so much!Kristen Cole purchased this house in 2010

Staying with manatees


House was wonderful, had everything we needed. Very clean, close to everywhere we went, and the beds were comfortable and we slept well at night. Would stay here again anytime we visit the Crystal River area!

The space was great at this house, as well as the location! It’s a short canoe ride to Kings bay!


Clean, spacious, plenty of kitchen items to cook with (our stay was over thanksgiving, so was def important) and lots of linens. It was great to have TVs in every room with direct tv access. The river is beautiful and was full of curious manatees! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great spot for a family.

Wonderful home, beautiful quiet area!


We had a great few days there! We were able to dock the boat at the home and enjoy jumping in the boat and running out to the springs and see/swim with the manatees around the area. It was very clean and a spacious home for our 2 families to meet up and spend some time there together. We were able to cook several meals there. The owners were very kind and a quick response when the washer broke (they replaced it the same night). A wonderful vacation home that we hope to book again in the near future!

Great time????


Boat docking and launching was easy. Scalloping to much fun????? Home was pleasant. Kids had great time in pool everyday after returning from scalloping.

Amazing Vacation


Beautiful home with a pool and a boat dock minutes away from everything. We have stayed there for the past three years and have no complaints. Every year it has been a great experience we get to scallop, swim in the springs and we always see manatees.
