Come have a relaxing vacation at our home – designed for your comfort. We have 4 different rooms that can house a total of 10 people. Each room is priced differentlyand has different attributes. 
 
Children are welcome if your group rents all of the guests rooms.

There is a telephone in the Cantina where you can call for taxi service. Our location is conveniently located about equal walking distance to Guayabitos or La Penita.

We are Greg & Betsy Curfman. I have always wanted to be an innkeeper and Greg tries hard to support my dreams. We bought this ocean front lot in 2010 and then designed and built our dream home with the intent to create an oasis we could share with others. We opened our doors at the beginning of 2014 and have enjoyed meeting the variety of guests that have chosen to stay with us.Betsy & Greg Curfman purchased this house in 2010

Contact owner for rate for SPECIFIC Suites/rooms. RATE LISTED $140/night 2 bedroom ocean front. 1 bedroom is $130/night. Terrace is $110/night. All rates are in USD< based on 2 people per room include weekly maid service. Additional guests are allowed in most rooms for $25 USD each per night. Maximum 4 people per room. All Mexican taxes included. We are "Family Friendly" when you rent ALL the rooms. We love children but have learned over time that not all guests want to have children present on their relaxing vacation.
15% increase for Christmas Holidays, 12/22/18 - 01/06/18 and during Semana Santa 3/26/18 - 4/03/2018.

Beautiful vacation rental in Rincon de Guyabitos!


We stayed for 8 days and Casa Encantada is more than we ever expected. The owners go above and beyond to make guests feel so very welcome. Beautiful location at this end of the beach, very relaxing. Thank You Betsy and Greg, you are both amazing hosts!

Beautiful Vacation Rental in Rincon de Guyabitos


We loved our stay at Casa Encantada and wished we could have stayed longer! The hosts and other guests were so welcoming, we felt at home immediately! Casa Encantada is quite luxurious, the owner has very tastefully decorated the home. We stayed in an oceanfront suite that easily could have slept four. We had our own oceanfront deck that was very private. There were several common areas, a lovely pool area with tables and lounge chairs, an open air games room with pool table, books, bar area, etc., and a great open air kitchen that included everything you needed to cook your own meals. The breakfasts were wonderful, and included in the price. Also included were beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, bikes, etc., etc. The owners truly thought of everything! Casa Encantada is located near the end of the beach so it is in a quieter area, but only a short cab ride or great walk on the beach, away from the main area of the town. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone, and hope to return one day!

A Bit of Paradise


Having stayed here in 2015 and having had a perfect vacation we felt the need to return again. Of course, everything was as perfect as the first visit. Knowing the area increased the enjoyment and allowed us to further explore the beautiful area. We also relaxed each day in this wonderful facility with the beach at our doorstep. Our hosts were the best, doing whatever they could to make our visit memorable. It was nice to retreat from the \"tourist areas\" and venture into a small community where you can see a more \"authentic\" way of life. Although we spoke no Spanish we had no difficulty with the language--always someone around eager to assist. Thanks for helping to make our vacation special.

Simply Beyond Expectations


Everything about Casa Encantata was truly remarkable! From the minute we drove up and Betsy greeted us and showed us around we were captivated. Everything from shooting pool and sipping drinks in the cantina to boogie boarding in the waves or relaxing in the pool or riding bikes to town and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves were amazing. This was our first trip to Guayabitos and Betsy and Greg\'s place is central to two cute little Mexican towns which are easily reached along the beach. We were absolutely delighted with how private the beach in front of their place was but how close we were to so many inexpensive but delicious restaurants. We highly recommend Greg and Betsy\'s bed and breakfast (which are delicious by the way!) and we will be going back for certain! Thanks again Greg and Betsy for making our holiday so much fun.

The first impression I had was the over whelming beauty of this place with it\'s festive colors and openness. Being right on the beach made our stay very enjoyable and the hosts were more than willing to offer suggestions on local activities. We especially enjoyed the watching the whales in the bay. This was a very relaxing vacation and I would recommend it to all. I can\'t wait to return!

A Perfect local to spend time relaxing and a beautiful B &B


If you want a slice of paradise Rincon de Guayabitos certainly fits that description. The view of the island across the bay and the sunsets over the ocean are spectacular. This bed and breakfast, right on the ocean where we watched whales, local fishing boats, is luxurious with many amenities. The quaint towns in the vicinity are far less \"touristy\" and more authentic \"Mexican\" but yet you feel safe and welcomed by the locals. The restaurants in the area are affordable and provide local cuisine that is unique and delicious. The hosts, Betsy and Greg, are knowledgeable about the area and eager to share information about their newly adapted place of residence. Betsy also provides a unique breakfast daily. Be sure to shop the weekly local markets and try your hand at fishing. The hosts are kind enough to provide bikes and kayaks for your pleasure. You really don\'t need a car as transportation locally is cheap and easily available. A reasonable bus ride or taxi from Puerto Vallarta gets you to this wonderful area in less than 1 hour. If you plan to travel in this region of Mexico you could not go wrong with this hospitable B & B. Being newly built this B & B has all the amenities a visitor would need and what a beautiful home we were able to share with the owners. WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!!!

Perfect Vacation


We stayed five nights right on the beach with a killer view. Very hospitable owners with great breakfasts. The hosts knew a lot about the locale to be able to make good recommendations. They were anxious to make you feel welcome. Close to three towns. We\'ll go back for sure!
