In addition to pristine beaches and elegant waters, our year-round heated swimming pool provides you with a relaxing environment just outside your front door. On the beach, you will find our cabana with lounge chairs that will allow you to enjoy the warm ocean breezes coming off the Gulf of Mexico or simply relax and develop that deep golden tan that you have been dreaming of all winter. Is shuffle board your game? We have that too. And finally, our beachfront Bar B-Q grills and picnic tables allow you to dine on the water with your family or new found friends from Sea Crest.

Additional days beyond a full week are pro-rated.
Administration Fee $100 , Cleaning fee $100 per reservation
CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT:
Check –in determined by availability but not prior to 2:00.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m. (fee charged for extended check out times if available)
OCCUPANCY:
Rates based on 1 or 2 people for 1 bedroom apartments. 1 – 4 people for 2 bedroom apartment.
Additional people over 5 years of age (if accommodations permit) are $10 each per day
One week min. during high season. Three day min during off season GUESTS & VISITORS:
SeaCrest office MUST be notified of extra guests prior to check-in and payment of extra charges due upon arrival
All visitors should register with the office and be assigned a parking space if available
RESERVATIONS:
Confirmed reservations require a $300.00 advanced deposit. No personal checks accepted for balance
