Live in Georgia and retired in 2008 however still active in real estate and managing my own Panama City Beach Splash condo, we make trips to the beach and make sure the condo is up to date and clean throughout the season.Mike and family purchased this condo in 2007

We enjoyed our stay very much. We took our 3 grandson (ages 10-12) and they had a wonderful time. The condo is very roomy for a family of 5 or 6. The balcony was wonderful and overlooks the beach. The owner checked on us to make sure everything was ok. Could not have asked for things to be better. We will definitely stay at this condo again.
I can only rate 1-5 stars but this place deserves more than 5! We family of 4 (2 kids 3yr and 10 month) plus my parents and sister came and had the time of our lives. We all fit perfectly. Place was super clean very nice and friendly staff. I loved the fact it had the covered/indoor water park & pools for the kids, I didn\'t have to worry about them getting sunburnt & they could still have fun in the water. The balcony view is beyond breathtaking. I loved waking up to seeing the beautiful view of the ocean from the bed, that was real nice. This was my husband, kids, & my dads first time seeing the ocean and I believed they all have enjoyed it. We all have and we will be back next year!!!!!! The owner mike was nice, helpful, & quick to respond back to all/any of my messages before & during the stay. I also liked how it had the pack in play for the baby. Sadly we have to leave and go back to reality but we look forward to next time. Great place to stay.
The property was just like the pictures showed. It was a nice sized 2 bedroom condo on the 2nd floor with AMAZING views on the Gulf. From your balcony you can watch dolphins swimming and the sunset is amazing from there as well. My mother in law wished there had been a few wash clothes in the 2nd bathroom but we just moved some from the master and all was right in the world. Splash itself is a great place to take your family on vacation. You really don\'t even need to leave the resort. There is so much to do for kids of all ages. We had an almost 3 yr old and almost 13 yr old and everyone had fun. The beach is just a few steps away, the lazy river is heated. There was a bar with food next to another heated pool. Then there was the splash park with slides and the bucket of water that would drop. My 3 yr old LOVED it. There was also a snow cone guy down there most days so you could get a treat. I would stay here again. I had better response with the owner by phone than by email but he answered my phone call every time I called and let us add a day to our trip since it was available. Everything was great about it.
Our family of 5 (3 boys, 6, 4, and 1) had a great time at Splash. Our kids liked the beach, which was beautiful. It was a little crowded but still plenty of room. The boys loved the different options on the pools. The youngest loved the different splach pads, one is bigger then there is a small one for little kids that is fenced in, the middle loved the hot tub, and the oldest would do the all, except for the little splash pad.
