Gorgeous oceanfront estate home completely renovated in 2007. Elegantly decorated with open floor plan and ocean views from nearly every room. Mediterranean style pool with fountains. Extremely private - there is nothing between you and the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the beauty of the sunrise.
 
Thank You again for your interest in our home, we are sure that you will be pleasantly surprised of the privacy, yet you will be very close to shopping, dinning and entertaniment. 
 
The home is stocked with towels, bedding, pots and pans, dishes platters etc. you will have a full tank of gas for the grill and even some coffee beans in the freezer for the miele built in coffee machine. T here is plenty of sitting areas outside and the ocean is about 70 feet from your back door, yet very very private.
 
The public beach is just south of you with a guard. P rivate beach means you can walk your dog or surf fish, not on the public beach (dogs must be on a leash).
 
There is so much in the home, a large tub in the master bath, a self playing grand piano in the living room , about a 60 in. tv in the family room, there is a small supply of different condiments in the pantry. T here are table cloths for fine dinnig in the cabinet in front of the piano. Any cabinet or closet that you can open contains items for your use, we hope you take advantage of items that are there.
 
There is a tremendous amount of good restaurants nearby as well as shopping. There is too many golf course to mention and a complement round of golf is included in your stay.
 
In one of the drawers of the antique cabinet in the kitchen, you will find various menus for local restaurants, local area info, as well as other useful information of local activities including Woody's which is a company that rents bikes, kayaks, canoes etc. they will deliver them to the house and pick them up when you leave.
 
Disney has a resort about 7 miles to the north on A1A which has character breakfast on Saturday mornings (reservation needed) and a wonderful Sunday brunch.
 
Walt Disney World is in Orlando about 1 hour and 45 minutes away with all the theme park's.
 
There is also great off shore fishing with charter boats, you can also try you luck at surf fishing I have a couple of poles in the garage for you to try no bait though.
 
just about 2 to 3 hundreds yards off the edge of the heated pool is a reef that I don't advertise but some have found it and came back with larger grouper and a lobster that was about 4ft long from tip to tip.
 
You will have a lot to do and some people do not leave the home as they just enjoy the home and beach and large patio. The time you are there goes by very fast , if you can plan some events in advance you will benefit from your time in Vero Beach.

any assistance with anything.

Beautiful home in great location


This home is wonderful. Right on the ocean, with its own pool and a short drive to downtown Vero with dining and shopping. The home itself is updated with a terrific gourmet kitchen. Anthony is a gracious host who checked in regularly to make sure our stay was going well. Highly recommended.

Perfect Paradise


My family has rented several properties through the years and this Beachfront paradise was the best yet! From the rental inquiry process to booking the property, checking in and checking out all of my dealings with the homeowner were timely, effective and pleasurable. Anthony is an outstanding host who was immediately accessible and attentive to all of our needs. The home is beautiful from all perspectives, both the indoor and outdoor spaces are spacious, comfortable and perfect for entertaining. The location of the home, right on the beach at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac gave us the privacy we needed but was also close to shops and restaurants in town although we never wanted to leave! The home lacked for nothing, the kitchen contained all of the appliances, glassware, dish ware, cookware and utensils one could ever need plus there were abundant linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and pool toys for our use and enjoyment. If you are looking for a tranquil get away and want to stay in a beautifully decorated home in an idyllic location then look no further, this is the property for you.

Million dollar views


I really hate to write a review because I would like to keep this house all to myself. This house is directly on the beach with beautiful views and all the amenities. We didn\'t have the perfect weather on our vacation but the house made up for it. I won\'t lie, the house itself is far from perfect but after weathering a Hurricane and a tropical depression I was pleasantly surprised as to what good shape the house was in. Anthony, thank you for allowing me the pleasure of using your house.

Just as advertised


You always wonder when you rent a house on line if the house will look anything like what is advertised. I must say this house is as advertised but even better. Gorgeous property with a great pool and all the amenities of a luxurious estate. We have rented several different properties in Vero but this is by far our favorite and we will be back again.
