Luxurious Villa 'Sarah', 5 bedroom, private villa with heated pool, spa.(pool heat is an additional cost) Completed in 2006, located on a gated community within Legacy Park, air-conditioned, professionally finished & fully equipped. This luxurious villa has all you need to live the Florida lifestyle, it feels just like a home from home. Enjoying 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 cloakrooms & 30' heated swimming pool & spa. Over 2750 sq ft of living space, master bedroom with en-suite, queen bedroom & 3 twin bedrooms, which share 2 further bathrooms. In the games room there is a pool table, air hockey table, a table football, a basketball hoop and a children loft area with TV & DVD.The living accommodation consists of a family room with cathedral ceiling overlooked from above.There is a formal lounge & dining area. There is another dining table in the kitchen nook area plus breakfast bar seating for 3. In the patio outside you will find chairs, table, sun loungers with a 30' heated swimming pool & Jacuzzi.

All taxes are included in the rates. 10% discount for three weeks or more rentals periods. £150 booking deposit per week, non refundable. $250 security deposit taken on your credit card by owners on arrival. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival when possible. Migratory retirees welcome. Open to offers on last-minute rentals. Pool heating is $30 USD per night stay.

Great house in a convenient location!


We had a fabulous time in this home. It had more than enough space for us and everything we needed. We especially appreciated being able to bring our two family dogs.

Very clean, spacious property. Ideal for families


Firstly I was very impressed with Declans communication, very clear and concise and all information was as described and easy to access the property. The villa itself was superb. Very clean, well laid out and spacious so ideal for our family. The pool area was a good size and the outside patio with ceiling fan provided a comfortable area to eat dinner. The rooms were all a good size and the games room an added bonus. We have stayed at Southern Dunes a few times but this was a much nicer villa and a much better location being only 15 minutes away from Disney. Would recommend and book again for future trips

Large Clean Home with Very Responsive Owner and Property Manager


My wife and I spent two months in this large home. The location is convenient to the Disney parks and shopping. The Southern exposure of the heated pool and spa made our winter stay most enjoyable and very relaxing. Although the furniture/decorations were somewhat dated and the kitchen supplies were not quite adequate for our two month stay, we had a wonderful worry-free experience. Linen supplies and laundry facilities were more than adequate. The air conditioning, heat and WiFi all worked very well.

Wonderful location!


We have stayed in several homes over the years. Last year we were in a super big home with golfclub, fitness, community pool, everything you can think of. Due to circumstances we couldn\'t stay there this year, so we found this home for this years vacation. If we were to choose what to do next year I can definitely say without thinking I would stay in this home again. Pool is bigger than in locations we were before like Calabay park, Publix is very close by for your every day grocery shopping (Walmart a little further, but still very close), we went out to eat (most restaurants on the 192) and that\'s also close by. Disney and all other parks are just as close as almost any other home. Perfect getaway, thanks Declan and Kathleen!

Great!


We had a wonderful stay. We had the opportunity to spend some great moments together with family and friends; in the pool, games in the garage, and at the nearby park and tennis courts. Being only a 15 minute drive to Disney, we were able to enjoy evening walks on the Boardwalk, meals at fabulous resort hotels, and then still have the energy to come home for a late night hot tub... can\'t beat it! The home is clean and well appointed. Neighbourhood is wonderful for runners or casual walks. We highly recommend Villa Sarah!

Great holiday home


We have just literally got back from our holiday. Well seasoned traveller to Florida and our first time in this gated community/villa. The gated community was very nice, quiet and in a perfect location for all the usual parks and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, it was clean and there was everything you would normally expect in a villa. We were very impressed by the pool which was very clean, the cleanest we have ever had. I would agree with the previous comments, it does need updating, the decoration, there are 27(!) artificial plants/arrangements which date the villa, but also as they catch dust it does make it look dirtier than it actually is. The description of the queen bedroom states that it is ensuite, I\'m affraid it isn\'t, it\'s only the master suite that is ensuite. The other 4 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms. Overall if your looking for a villa that sleeps 10, has plenty of space and is in a great location then you can\'t go wrong with this.
