Residential area, quiet and sunny. Building facing south, surrounded by a pine garden. Consisting of ground floor and two floors. There are only 9 neighbors. Beaches at 200 m., 50 m coves. , Very near the harbor, shops and good restaurants.
 
Apartment on the 2nd. and last floor. Living space 70 m2., Large terrace 60 m2. with the corresponding furniture and barbecue. Nice view of the mountains and the sea (Cap de Creus, Port de la Selva and others).
 
Capacity for 5 people. It is large, comfortable, and totally team. It has 4 spacious and bright rooms, which: dining room, lounge with fireplace, sofa, color TV (TNT), all French channels) and Satellite Astra. A double bedroom, a twin bedroom with matching wardrobes, there is also a leaflet reads. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with toaster, microwave, oven, coffee maker and fridge with freezer. The bathroom is quite complete. There is a small area for the washing machine. Heating and air conditioning in all rooms. There is a community garden which is private parking for one car.
 
Pets are allowed.

We (family with 3 children) spent very relaxing days here. A small beach and the center of Llanca can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Family Figueras is very friendly and was always available.

Apartment Carboneres 1 Stay


www.appartementscostabrava.com>. They are located very close to various beaches, and a short 5-10 min walk to \"the port.\" The apartment was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The owners were very nice, they met us upon our arrival and showed us around and gave us a lot of information about Llanca and nearby attractions. We would definitively go back! Llanca was lovely and our stay at this apartment was great.

Very nice apartment with a fantastic terrace


We felt very comfortable. The description and photos are correct. The parking lot is right in front of the house. The center and the harbor with numerous restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Very nice landlord with exemplary accessibility and care. We also got a high chair and a cot for free. The best thing about the apartment is the roof terrace with a fantastic view and almost the whole day sun. For bad weather days there is a TV with German (Spanish, French and English) channels. The furniture was in Spanish style, not new but in good condition. The apartment was clean, only the dishes and the pots we rinsed before use again. The Klimaamlage can also be used as a heater. We would rent this apartment again at any time.

Fantastic roof terrace near the sea and town!


Beautiful apartment in a great location. Large roof terrace with stunning views. The bay and the town are easily accessible on foot. Many things to see and do in the area. Think of Figueres and Gerona and Cadaques and Barcelona. Also nice for cycling or walking. Highly recommended! Landlords are lovely nice people.
