Totally remodeled and upgraded. Our guests continue to let us know this is the most beautiful condo in the complex.Everything highest quality and brand new, extensive travertine and granite surfaces. New furniture throughout. Magnificent artwork. Ocean views from all main living spaces.The master bedroom has a new king-size bed and travertine bath, with separate travertine shower room with mother of pearl accent and 5 shower heads. The second bedroom has twin beds (can be made into king bed if prefer) and a full separate bathroom with tub and shower. Full size Washer/dryer in unit not the usual apartment size that will take only a couple of towels.. There is a large Lanai with gas grill, table and chairs for outdoor dining and entertaining, Wireless Internet in the condo and a new 42” Flat Screen TV, steps to beautiful pool, and spa. From one of our Guest. This condo is nothing short of fabulous. The work and care that the owners have invested into the property is obvious and their attention to detail makes it as stunning on the inside as the ocean views on the outside. We felt like we were home, with all the amenities one could possibly need. From beach toys to towels to every kitchen item one could imagine, it was all there! What a gem! Lastly, I just want to mention that we had a few questions prior to arrival and during our stay and the owners could not have been more pleasant and helpful. How fortunate they are to have this piece of paradise and how lucky we are that they are willing to share it with us! A stay here is highly recommended!
 
The spacious master bedroom has king size bed and entertainment center - master bath features a huge designer shower with 5 shower heads and mother of pearl floor and accents. The large private lanai includes table with 6 chairs for outside dining, sunning and a gas grill for cooking. The unit is across from the free-form pool and relaxing jacuzzi featuring additional covered space for entertaining. Located near Wailea's gorgeous golf courses, the Shops at Wailea and walking distance to all major Wailea hotels.
 
This is an upscale neighborhood and the unit is beautifully merchandised and tastefully appointed to please the most discerning vacationers. Concierge services. Every convenience is available.

Cleaning Fee $170
 
Cancellation: 100% refund if cancellation is 60 days prior to arrival. There is a cleaning fee of $170.00 added to each booking. Rates increase during Christmas and winter seasons. We require current Visa or MasterCard information on file in lieu of a
$500.00 security deposit, We prefer check or money order for payment rather than credit card payment if possible. There is a $50.00 service fee for credit card charges. A 2% bank fee for International Credit cards. We pay higher regular credit card fees.

Close to pool, quiet,and roomy.


We loved our stay. Condo is quite large. We were 4 people and had enough room to relax. Beautiful ocean view from living room a nd lanai. It it very quite no traffic noice . Lovely to hear the byrds in the morning. Bonnie was attentive and took care of our needs . We would go back in a heartbeat.

Nicely appointed condo in great location


My husband and I shared this condo with my cousin from Japan, her husband, and their daughter. We loved the ocean view, as well as the convenience of a nearby pool. The whole place was well-stocked, from kitchen supplies to beach chairs, towels, and even boards. There was even a Styrofoam cooler for our picnic lunch on our trip to Hana. Appliances were new and easy to use. Free WiFi and phone were so helpful. We found a good walk to the beach, but my husband loves McKenna Beach, which is not too far. The Shops at Wailea had a free hula show on Thursdays. It\'s minutes to Kihei (for a cool beach vibe and good sunset) and only 20-30 minutes to Lahaina and Kaanapali. Tons of good restaurants nearby. Bonnie, the owner, checked in with us often, but she left us such great instructions she didn\'t really need to. We\'d come back in a heartbeat.

Amazing Condo


We booked our very first Maui trip in September after the kids are back in school hoping to avoid the crowds. We couldn\'t have chosen a better place than this condo in Wailea Maui! During our 8 night stay we had the pool most mornings to ourselves. Our favorite beach was within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully landscaped grounds. So many beautiful flowers and lush tropical plants. The inside of the condo exceeded our expectations. Beautiful view from the Lanai and living room and all the rooms were large. We will return! Thank you Bonnie and Alfredo for sharing your condo!

Wonderful Experience in Maui


My wife and I spent 6 days in Maui at this unit. The experience was excellent. The amenities are very comfortable. The location is excellent. Bonnie was very helpful and organized by providing us with information about the condo and local attractions and restaurants. This was a very positive experience and an excellent place to stay. I would definitely recommend this unit. The unit is large and provides all the comforts required for a great vacation. The fact that Bonnie and her husband provide free telephone call to the USA and Canada was much appreciated and convenient when \"checking in with family at home\".
